Due to scheduled maintenance, the Maryland Odyssey File and Serve tool will have limited e-filing capability on Friday, September 22, 2023, from 6:30 pm ET until 7:00 pm ET. During this time, you will be unable to e-file into existing cases (unless your case is already present in the Filer Dashboard). You will be able to initiate a case. The Maryland Record Search Portal will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
